Pre-Licensure Clinical Readiness Track

Federal Injury Behavioral Health maintains a limited pre-licensure training pathway for clinicians approaching full licensure who intend to work within structured behavioral health systems.

This pathway is designed for individuals seeking to enter a clinical environment where documentation, compliance, and operational clarity are essential.

This is not a general training program and is not designed for broad clinical exposure.

Purpose

The Clinical Readiness Track prepares clinicians to operate within a structured federal workers’ compensation environment where:

  • documentation standards are precise
  • communication is centralized
  • clinical roles are clearly defined
  • administrative alignment is required

Participants are trained to meet platform expectations prior to independent clinical assignment.

Structure

Selected candidates complete internal training modules covering:

  • documentation standards
  • clinical role boundaries

Training is delivered asynchronously through the FIBHC learning system.
